Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Project Prism, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI workforce solutions. To ensure a fair and transparent relationship with our global clients, we adhere to the following policy:

1. 7-Day Trial Period We offer a 7-day trial period for our AI agent services. This allows clients to evaluate the efficiency and integration of our digital workforce within their business operations.

2. Cancellations Clients can cancel their monthly subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted via email to principal@askprojectprism.com at least 3 business days before the next renewal date.

3. Refund Policy

  • Post-Trial: Once the 7-day trial period has ended and the monthly subscription fee is processed, we do not offer refunds. Our services involve custom deployment, cloud resource allocation, and ongoing human supervision, which incur immediate costs.

  • Service Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deploy the promised AI agent due to technical constraints on our end, a full refund for that specific month will be issued.

  • Partial Months: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months of service if a client decides to cancel mid-cycle.

4. Dispute Resolution In case of any concerns regarding service quality, we encourage clients to contact our support team immediately. We will make every effort to rectify the issue within 48-72 business hours.
